When it comes to speaking opportunities, few things match an invitation to step onto a TED stage. The annual gathering for TEDx San Antonio (Texas, USA) is an experience that aligns perfectly with our perspective on connecting and communicating. It was an honor to participate as one of 16 in an entire day of sharing ideas.
Benchmarks, metrics and measures play a critical role in projections, definitions and decisions. But what if the metrics are incomplete? What if the measure doesn't tell the whole story?
